You’ll have access to an online account where you can review the terms of your coverage and file hassle-free claims if necessary.
No hidden fees. No hurdles to jump through.
The Mulberry team will work with you right away to assess the damage and determine the best solution. In some cases, Mulberry is able to execute a professional cleaning service at no cost to you. In other cases, they’ll set you up with a full replacement.
Either way, you’ll be taken care of from start to finish.

If you decide any time within your 100 Day Trial Period to return your Allform, you’ll receive a full refund for both your Allform order and your Accidental Damage Coverage Plan.

Anything Else I Should Know?
Accidental Damage Coverage is an add-on product offered directly through the Allform website and works best when included with your order at the time you complete your payment. When selecting your sofa online, you will be asked about adding one of our coverage plans to your order and you will have the chance to add the coverage directly to your cart.
